This policy applies to courses, training programs and paid services offered by EXCELABRIDGE Academy of BFSI.
Enrollment becomes effective after completion of applicable admission requirements and payment confirmation.
Refund eligibility depends on the program published fee and cancellation terms. Administrative, processing, payment gateway or third-party charges may be deducted where disclosed and permissible.
Once training, digital access, learning material, orientation, assessment or other services have commenced, refund eligibility may be limited.
Registration charges, processing charges, examination/assessment charges, third-party charges, payment gateway charges and consumed services may be non-refundable where disclosed.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@excelabridge.in with student name, mobile, email, program name, enrollment/application number, payment details and reason.
If an amount is debited but payment is not reflected, the student should contact us with transaction reference for verification.
